We calculate ventilation per IRC R806 (1:150 ratio reduced to 1:300 when 50% is within 3ft of ridge. Synthetic underlayment per ASTM D226, ice barrier per ASTM D1970 at eaves in freeze-thaw climate zones. Manufacturer-certified installation locks in the full system warranty.
Metal Roofing

TPO seams are hot-air welded at 900+ degrees. The weld is stronger than the membrane itself. Ponding water? We install tapered ISO insulation to create positive drainage per NRCA guidelines.
Gutter Installation
We offer aluminum, copper, and steel gutters for Finger homes. Most folks go with .027 gauge seamless aluminum. It's durable, affordable, and comes in 25+ colors. Copper looks amazing but costs 3-4x more.
Roof Inspection
Our 27-point roof inspection covers: shingle condition, granule loss, nail pops, lifting tabs, ridge cap integrity, valley flashing, step flashing at walls, drip edge, pipe boot seals, vent function, soffit ventilation, gutter pitch, downspout capacity, fascia condition, decking (from attic if accessible), and visible signs of moisture in the attic. Written report with photos emailed same day.
Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency tarping is the first priority. We cover the exposed area to stop water entry, then schedule the permanent repair once conditions allow. We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. It's part of the repair cost.
Skylight Installation
We install, replace, and repair skylights in Finger homes. Fogged glass, cracked frames, persistent leaks around old skylights. We fix it all. Sometimes replacing a 20-year-old skylight is cheaper than trying to repair it.
